Replica Torch Membership Card

ABOUT THIS PIECE

Replica Membership Card from the Torch

The Torch took over as the country's biggest Northern Soul club in 1972 (the Wheel in Manchester closed in 1971). The Torch held legendary all-nighters through to March 1973.

Those of us who were into Northern Soul in those days had to have a membership card to enter any of the big clubs (apart from the Highland Room at Blackpool Mecca). How many of us had those membership cards but have lost them over the years?

They are no longer lost - we have commissioned the printing of replica membership cards, exact in detail to the originals.

This Torch membership card is as issued in 1972 - that is with a silver background. Close up details from the card can be seen in image 2 and 3.

If you are into Northern Soul and want to re-live some of your memories, or if you collect the scene’s memorabilia, this Torch membership card is for you!

The membership card is individually packaged and will be dispatched using Royal Mail 48 hour tracked service, included in the price.

Northern Soul Art - only for the In Crowd! Keep The Faith!!
