"In Orbit" is one of our most popular limited edition prints. This is the original acrylic painting by Northern Soul artist Neil Thompson.

The painting shows a packed Northern Soul dance floor with over 20 dancers out on the floor.

In Orbit has been mounted using a classic cream mount and is ready for framing.

When you buy a piece of art by Neil you are buying more than an object - you are buying his experience of being on the Northern Soul scene for decades, you are also buying hours of experimentation, frustration and eventually a moment of sheer joy - when the art is spot on, as we think it is with "In Orbit".

"In Orbit" is one of Neil's smaller paintings, it measures 17.5 cm wide by 10 cm tall. With the mount the overall size is 22.5 cm wide by 15 cm tall.
