"Casino Club" - Original Oil Painting by Neil Thompson on Art Board.

ABOUT THIS PIECE

"Casino Club"

The front of Wigan Casino painted on MDF board.

There have been several stages in producing "Casino Club."

The first stage saw Northern Soul artist Neil Thompson drawing the shape of the front of Wigan Casino on MDF board. This was then cut out by a joiner (the most interesting job he's done in years!!). Neil then painted on to the board the details of the front of the Casino.

We used the board as a prop for our stall when we went to Northern Soul events.

We still go to Northern Soul nights, but our art sales are now all online, so we don't really need this - hence the sale!

The painting would look great on the wall in a record room or a "soul shack."

We only have one of these!!

Close up details from the painting can be seen in images 2, 3 and 4, also check out the video.

"Casino Club" measures 62 cm wide by 34 cm tall. The art board is 7 mm thick.

"Casino Club" comes with a Certificate of Authenticity, please see image 6.

The painting will be securely packed and postage is included in the price (to UK addresses).

Art collectors demand authenticity, Neil has signed the painting on the reverse alongside his dancing girl logo, please see image 5. This, with the accompanying Certificate of Authenticity gives excellent provenance for all our art.

Available for UK delivery only. UK postage and packing are free.
