Neil has been on the Northern Soul scene since the early 1970's. All his art is completed from memory - he went to all the big Northern Soul clubs in his time, and still gets to all dayers and the occasional all nighter. He knows how the dancers move and the fashions they wear. "Dancing to the Beat, Part III" takes you on to that dance floor, simply the best of times!
