Wigan Casino 50th Anniversary Prints.

The first Wigan Casino all nighter took place on 23rd September 1973. To celebrate the Casino's 50th anniversary we have commissioned a set of two prints, one showing the front of the club, the other showing the packed dance floor. The prints are entitled "Do I Love You Part I" and "Do I Love You Part II". "Do I Love You Part I" shows a scene at the front of the club, "Do I Love You Part II" shows the Casino's dance floor. Both prints (just 50 prints commissioned), are taken from original paintings by Neil Thompson.

The title "Do I Love You (Indeed I Do)" is taken from Frank Wilson's song - the last record ever played at Wigan Casino.

All Neil's work is done from memory - he was at the Casino on its opening night.

The prints are available in two sizes A3 (42 cm wide by 29.7 cm tall) and A4 (29.7 cm wide by 21 cm tall).

Each print comes with a numbered Certificate of Authenticity.

Collectors demand authenticity, for guaranteed provenance all our art, including our prints, have Neil Thompson's "Dancing Girl" printed on the reverse, see image 6.
